Two Yoga Rooms

Sun Room (Hot Room)
Our Sun Room is our heated yoga room, affectionately known as the Hot Room. We hold Bikram Yoga, Hot Pilates, and Hot Vinyasa classes in the Sun Room.
Moon Room
Our Moon Room is our unheated yoga room. We hold a variety of Vinyasa yoga classes in the Moon Room as well as Yin and Rocket Yoga classes. We also have a hybrid Vin to Yin class that combines Vinyasa yoga and Yin. All of our Moon Room classes are also livestreamed online so you can join from home or wherever you can connect to the internet.
