Hot Yoga-Bikram Style - 90 minutes

The traditional 26 posture Sequence. It has been proven and experienced by millions that these 26 postures systematically work every part of the body, to give all the internal organs, veins, ligaments, and muscles everything they need to maintain optimum health and maximum function. Each component takes care of something different in the body, and yet they all work together synergistically, contributing to the success of the other and extending its benefits. Beginners are welcome and encouraged.

Hot Yoga-Bikram Style - 60 Minutes

Our Traditional HOT yoga class, done in 60 minutes. Class includes all 26 postures. Beginners are welcome and encouraged.

Ashtanga

The Yoga system based on the teaching of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois. Ashtanga is a series of poses combined with a breathing system. Traditionally practiced in two ways, mysore style and Led classes.

LED PRIMARY - In this class, you will be led, in Sanskrit, by a teacher who will call out the name of the poses according to the vinyasa count. The led class works on efficiency and dedication, as you hold each pose, in a group, focusing on your body and your breath.

MYSORE STYLE- Named after the city in South India where it was created.  In this class, rather than being led, you will be aided in an individualized practice, under guidance and at your own pace. Perfect place to start for those new to the practice.

Vinyasa

In Sanskrit the word vinyasa means "to place in a special way" and in this class you will experience postures and breath in a dynamic, physical sequence. Each teacher will move you through a series of poses that are coordinated with your breath to build strength, flexibility and balance. All levels.

Yin

This class is taught at a slower pace to release and open joints and nourish connective tissue. With long holds, you'll have plenty of time to cultivate a meditative awareness around the sensations and create space in the hips, pelvis and spine. Yin yoga is a great complement to the more physical yoga practices and other exercise regiments. All levels.
