We are located on the second floor at 700 Anastasia Ave above Salt Run Dentistry.  Our building is on Anastasia Island about a mile and a half beyond the Bridge of Lions from downtown.

We have two main yoga rooms.  Our Sun Room is capable of being heated for hot yoga classes.  Our Moon Room is used for mostly Vinyasa and Yin classes.  We have showers available at the studio for use after class.  We also have another smaller yoga room available too.

In our lobby we have a selection of women’s and men’s yoga clothing and accessories for sale.  The lobby is open for about half an hour before and after the classes on the schedule.
